Have any of you ever had this problem?
The +3320i is about 1 year old and 6 months ago I had error CD313 which was only fixed by replacing CPUB.
Now the customer is reporting error CD312. According to the manual CD3XX, the non-volatile memory should be deleted, but this is not possible because the device does not allow it, not the normal and not the advanced. But more is not mentioned in the manual.
Then I also have a bizhub c250i that also had the error CD313 and this manual tells me more...
1. replace TPMB (replaced without success)
2. replace CPUB (that fixed the error code)
...3 if not replace Baseboard.
Unfortunately, in the meantime I also had a call that the device freezes and the display hangs... I loaded the firmware and updated the boot program. Since then I've been waiting for a call back... about 1 month.
