This machine has no "print setting" icon on the screen when I hit the utility key. Any ideas as to why? Thanks

Does this have a Fiery controller attached? Is the controller turned on and plugged in? Are the interface settings correct in tech rep mode?the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.Samir: No, not again.
