Just wanted to check back here and give you and update. Things are looking better. My techs looked her over with all of your suggestions and made sure the 'bad' parts were updated. I found a thread at printplanet (C6500 w/ Fiery IC-303 - Screening Choices - PrintPlanet.com) that suggested using the Type 2 instead of 1 for the Line screens. Settings can be found
Utility -> Machine Admin Setting -> System Setting -> Expert Adjust -> Quality Adjust -> Custom screen -> set DOT2 pattern to type 2.

I have a top level analyst coming from KM first week of May so I will be back then to update this thread.
