    Bizhub 500

    Anyone know the part number for the white plastic holder that holds in the bearing at the front of the drum shaft. It screws onto the front drum frame and holds the bearing in place. Some rocket scientist never reinstalled it and as you know if that shaft and bearing slide forward, goodbye drum.

                  Wasn'y me. I followed up on another dealer and found it so I have no suspects and don't care as long as I get it fixed.
