Bizhub 200, random lockup, blank screen

My partner had this copier doing these symptoms about 6 months ago and they've returned. First repair was to rebuild the NAVRAM code and a clean firmware flash. It's doing it again and since our first, although successful, approach was shotgun fashion we we wondering if anyone has seen similar conditions and what they did to correct. We'd like to discover the true fault but sometimes in memory & code issues you never do.

sound like you need a brand new NVRAM. Of course you'll need to submit a service ticket with KMBS to get a new one.
