758 958 transfer belt causing void dots

Hi guys.

Was hopping that one of you know what inside the 758 958 transfer belt is causing the void dots. Approaching and passing the yield the solid prints starts getting void dot to the point where it needs to be changed. The belt surface still looks real good due to it having the cleaning brushes. I suspect it to be the sponge transfer roller for the primary transfer.

Anyone had luck fixing this issue?

@allan, I will play with Primary transfer adj. and 2nd transfer adj. to find if correction helps.

It just make it a little less worst adjusting the values. All the machines start with it near or after yield. Wondering if there will be replacement rollers for it.

Sponge transfer rollers we use little soap and water to clean them on smaller MFPs/printers, I know some guys here even use car polish on them after cleaning, maybe worth a try.

Had same issue on different model, an i am pretty sure it is cause by the rollers inside the transfer belt. i replaced the transfer belt unit
