New c550i intermittent dog ear non op side lead edge of paper

New C550i only happens out of tray 2,3 and 4 intermittently and skews the image. Can run around 200 or more copies before it dog ears. Sometimes it happens right away. Tray1 and by-pass works fine. If you put some pressure on the bottom of the right corner of the door it works fine. I thought the right door may have gotten tweaked during delivery. So far, I have replaced entire right door, registration assy, paper feed assy, 2nd transfer assy and all adjusting plate hinges for the right door. I don't see any adjustments to increase pressure on the right bottom of the right door. Any suggestions appreciated.

    Thanks, Pat

There has been issues with the mylars the paper makes contact with as it leaves the tray. Maybe that's worth a look?

I pull the mylar off, stick on the platen glass and cut about 0.3mm off with a blade and steel ruler then stick it back to get rid of the worn out edge. But not the ones on the trays but the ones on the guide of the feed unit.
      Whatever
