    Konica 1212 Manuals

    Hello there.

Sorry for bothering you guys with this archaic machine, but I'm really stumped.

I need parts for the fusing unit, but some of the part numbers come back as non-existant. Could be that the factory is no longer making them or could be an error of my part.

If any of you guys can provide me with the manuals for this machine, namely the Parts Catalog (although the Service Manual could also come in handy), it'd be nice.

If you need something, I have many manuals in my possession and I will also gladly help you.

On a side note, does anyone know if there are additional part numbers for 1212 parts (due to the Konica Minolta merger)?

    Cheers!

This machine is identical to the 1015 ,just 12 copies a minute with less features, most of the parts are interchangeable, fuser rollers, temp sensors, drums, developer etc.

I know, and I used the 1015 manual to check the references. Trouble is, I've been told the fusing claws, fusing claw springs and heat insulating sleeve's part numbers are invalid - even though I checked them twice.

So I'd like to double check them against the 1212 manuals.

Clif and Luther: Thanks both of you for your feedback. I'll check it again to see if I can get that old lady running again.

Cliff, that site seems like a nice alternative to get parts for ageing machines. Are there more sites like that one that we can check for parts - giving preference for sites with good record shipping to the outside of the US?

                  Thanks again.

FYI - The machine is 15 years old. There is a very good chance that the parts you need are NLA (would explain why the part numbers come back as invalid).
