Memory Recall Problem

I have a Kyocera/Mita/Copystar that is the same model as the Konica 8031 and I enabled the 'Memory Recall' option in the service mode but the tab does not show up in the user menu. It has an equivilent to the Fiery IC-401 mounted to it. What could I be missing?

I don`t remember a memory recall on that model! Maybe needs a bigger hard drive?
