[Electrical] Konica Minolta C454e it doesn't print anything!

Good evening everyone, I'm Gabriele from Italy. I have a problem with one of my customer's KM C454e which has happened to no longer print anything.
Updated firmware.
Drums and developers are OK, transfer belt runs ok, the problem has been identified in the drums and developers control board A5C1M4060.
After replacing the card with a new and original spare, it continues to print white: is there a particular procedure for setting the card in question? Even taking a working card from another C454e the defect is the same.

Are you sure that the issue is coming from the control board? Is there no image on the drums and/or trandfer belt if you stop the machine mid print? I had white prints only once and that was when the fusing unit went bad and did not brought up enough heat to fix the toner on the paper.

Well i had this similar problems before ..if you happen to print blank pages,you might need to check your hvt board...

Yes, I did a test on two identical machines, on the 454#1 (my client's) the image is not reproduced either on the drums or on the belt. They run correctly though.
I tried the 454#1 card on the 454#2 that I use for testing, and the latter doesn't work; on the contrary the 454#2 with its card prints without problems.
Now I will test it with the board purchased new and mount it on the working 454#2.

What would the HVT board be? Is it the one positioned above the PRCB and closed by a sheet metal protection?

I don't think you have to do anything special after replacing HV board.
Your problem must be something else like depleted developer or sticking SD4 if it prints colour but not black.

Thanks so much for the advice, I checked the solenoid you indicated but it turns loose. Yesterday I did a test by placing the HV card of my client's 454 which prints white) on top of a working 454 (which prints well). As a result, the 454 that printed well no longer printed. This morning I'll do the test with the spare Minolta card on top of the working 454. I'll let you know!

Non penso che tu debba fare nulla di speciale dopo aver sostituito la scheda HV.
Il tuo problema deve essere qualcos'altro, come lo sviluppatore esaurito o l'SD4 bloccato se stampa a colori ma non in nero.

UPDATE: I ran this test. I mounted the new HV card from Minolta Spare Parts on the c454e that I have in stock in working order, and it prints white as with my customer's other card. If I mount the proprietary 454 working card, it prints correctly. I suspect there is an adjustment/matching to be done on the new HV board on the machine being repaired.

Possibly print head unit. They are at this age where there is some weird faults. Check there is any image on the drums and itb. We have had print head units go bad that do not throw an error on the 4e series before.

Thank you very much for helping! In fact, my client's 454 does not issue error messages and it seemed anomalous to us. What would the print head units be? Where are they located? Thanks again for the advice.

I had already checked the drums and the developers, they didn't release any images on the ITB.
