    [Misc] C759 unresponsive on the menu - can't get to counter

    Hello All,

    As always, thank you for all your support to the copier community.
    I have this C759 turns on makes copies.
    When I hit the menu button, getting display of the menu, but I can't get into the counter.
    It is not responding to counter, utilities and User Box.
    Any help here is much appreciated.

    Can you get to Admin menu?

      No it is not letting me go. when I touch the button shakes and confirm the touch but nothing happens on only those 3 items. Rest of them are working fine.

        ive had this issue on 8 series where utility button in menu would take like 10 attempts to open.

        in every case a ALL CLEAR resolved it
