if account track is off prints fine when you turn account track on will not print iPhone and iPad both say has been sent to copier and they have the correct information in the account settings on iPad and iPhone. when you enter information on them in the account track area ask to verify and says ok. any suggestions at this time would greatly appreciate note computers print fine both windows and mac

Can you try account track from an android device?
