Hi all.
I'm having trouble setting up scan to email using office 365.
I started off with server connect errors but got rid of those and now have the TX forward failure error in the job log.
I've followed the KM setup guide to the letter but cant get rid of this job error message.
Is there anything I can do about this, or is it something that needs setting up in Office365?
These machines are all i series of varying models which are replacing older Konica machines.
All the IP addresses have been taken from the outgoing machines.
Some help would be appreciated.
