    konica c258 color registration problem

hello people! i got a stubborn problem with c258 since Summer. client call for "shadows" on printed image, turned out that there was slight color shift on prints. tried to do initialise-stabilisation, it had iterminent NG but eventually it was completed 3 passes each for print and copy. no oil can problems. after less than a month got a call again for the same problem, again initialise-stabilisation-gradation and was complete. after few days than that, again a call, i decided to replace all 4 drums since they were end of life, did again all the calibration and looked fine. but then again got some calls but the problem is going towards on the fixed side. now when they got the problem, the next day it prints perfect or at least better. again i do the calibration and its ok.
but now the calls are getting closer and i want to find a permanent solution. counters are BK-87628 C-78805. all consumables used are genuine have cleaned the IDC sensors with canned Air Pressure
what whould be next steps? ITB looks ok. i dont have a sample at the moment i discarded them by accident. its just like letters are casting shadows.

Clear the warning counters and see what pops up.
