Press1060 connection problem

I'm back again with the problem of the controller jamming and the inability to print over the network
It is possible to ping the machine via windows CMD, but it is not possible to enter the machine's applications via the browser.
We tried upgrading the firmware but nothing helped
Error C-4850 appears when trying to scan to FTP/USB

Problem solved,
Had to replace 3hdds

Did you end up using the KM brand HDD's, or just any HDD that is 1TB?

I found same brand toshiba 3x500gb online
Just connected and formated via service mode

I assume it doesnt matter if its KM brand

Perfect thank you, I JUST had this issue on my c3080 yesterday and I'm leaning towards the HDD's. It seems to accept the job, but when starting to print it throws a C-4850 code. I've tried a few things here and there but it coded out in between jobs and for some reason started doing this. We are going to try firmware updating first, but it's looking like a bad board or HDD's.

Updating firmware will not help you because it’s on slim hdd pinned directly to hdd.
this error is about hard drives just buy new, replace all of them if you have 3and format it
