Hello everyone,
I have a Konica Minolta Bizhub c220. A co-worker left it on all night and come the next day the display would not turn on even after multiple hard restarts. To ensure the machine was working, we shifted a couple of parts from an extra C220. This includes the NVRAM, The Fan and even the large lithium battery but no luck. Someone had suggested we switch the PWB-MFP Board, which we did and this got the display to start working, but there is color that is leaking in the background (Magenta and Yellow) which was not happening on the previous board.
So, we have 2 PWB-MFP boards, on one the display doesn't turn on (There is a light around the start button, which sometimes also does not show) and another board where the display does turn on, but there is an issue with the background color.
Any advice or fixes would help alot.
Thanks.
EDIT:
I reinstalled the board with the display issue, changed the USB position to the other port and switched the location of the RAM to the top port instead of the bottom and it started working like a charm.
If someone knows how I can fix the one that has a problem with the background issue, feel free to drop a comment.
