    No... Why?

HDD will be set to "uninstalled", so after enabling you would most likely need to reinstall movie data as well as OCR data, and that's all.

Yes, you will lose the LK and the OCR data file. You can restore but you will need KM support assistance. Your best bet would be to de install the LK (4 step process on the LMS server) then reinstall after you've done your work.

I'm confused... we have mutually contadictory information here.

I have seen many times second-hand machines after Clear All Data, and as soon as the HDD was enabled again and the machine was restarted, we could see that there is i-Option license in this machine - LK-105, LK-110 or other, which need additional files.
However there is possibility that Clear All Data doesn't really format hard drive, but only remove data from user partition.

Need to test this or find a document about those licences that I have somewhere.

Even if licence is lost during disk format, it is still "bound" to machine serial number on LMS, so can be repaired or in worst case re-enabled for this particular machine.

You may be correct..I may be thinking of a NV RAM or main board replacement.

Where to find the code in case it has a License Kit? It shows only:
            Administrator Settings> 2/2> License Settings> 4-List of Enabled Functions> "Searchable PDF"

Can the installed code only be found through the LMS-Server by using the machine serial number?

Yes, this is the only way.

Log-in to Infohub, go to the [Support] -> [Services] -> [iOption/PSES License Management] -> [Connect to license server] then [Deactivate License Code] -> (enter serial number) -> [Retrive]
You will get token codes bound to particular serial number.

There is no place in the machine where token codes are stored - machine uses them only to set a bit (active/inactive) for particular iOption.
So for customer is really important to keep the token code used for installation of licence.

Clear All Data isn't the same as HDD/Storage format.
Quoted from C250i SM is "that license management can be lost due replacement of CPU board or the Storage board." so license must be stored in some areas of Storage board(HDD) which aren't affected of format or at least that's my understanding.
