    MarketPlace wont sign in

    Having dram with MarketPlace.

    Installed wrong version of OneDrive so when I click on App Manager and try to sign in I get

      so just did a All Clear

      Kepts saying I was offline when trying to sign in even though scan via office365 worked and so did CSRC

      tried few more times then finally able to attempt to login but say unauthorized on 2 separate marketplace accounts

      i would of thought All Clear would of wiped everything clear but still unable to sign into MarketPlace. not sure what else to try

          Maybe disable then enable with soft switch Marketplace.

              If you're a KM tech, reach out to support. The device probably needs to be initialized on their end (corrupt data). They may need you to update F/W and function version as well.
