C754 e: Individual words in cmyk printing appear bold or with colored shadows

Hello,

in our office I work with a Bizhub C754e. Through the years I've collected a litte experience with minor problems like paper jam or poor printing quality.
Copytechnet has always helped me a lot.

But with this problem I don't get anythere: Individual words or sentences are printed bold or with a red shadow, even though the print file doesn't show it.

What I've already tried: replacing the red image drum with a new one (original product), removing the image transfer belt and cleaning the sensor underneath, replacing all other drums with used drums from another printer. Without success.

Does anybody know this error an can help me? Knights in shining armor to the rescue, please :-)

I'd start with installing the latest driver and check the port (TCP IP port is OK, WSD is bad).
Next step: If this happen with PDF files you should use only Adobe Reader for printing.

Unfortunately, I don't know how to check or change the TCP IP port.
But I just created the sheet shown above with Adobe and the problem disappeared! You are my hero, because I would have bought expensive spare parts on suspicion...
I didn't think the problem came from the software.

You helped me save a lot of money, thank you!

If you are using the PCL driver try PS, something similar happened to me.
