Jam 32-05 is from tray 1 and jam 32-06 is from tray 2

I had a similar issue, it was the duplex gate on the side door, it warps and jams on double sided, there is a bulliten related to it.Capture.png

set the gate height from 33mm to 35mm, has sorted the issue for us with the 32-05 jams , on the 8 series and 9 series, haven't had any issues yet for the I series ... YET

I was actually able to solve the 32-05 and a subsequent J32-06 by adjusting the right side door. The top hinge has a V cut notch on it a a set of lines on the frame. Loosen the screws and lift the door til the long line is in the V notch, tighten it down and it and the other one have been perfect since!

It is true, I have come across several units that have been incorrectly adjusted at the factory.
