DI251 computer printing problem

Hi, my m/c model is DI251 with printer controller. I try to use my m/c for computer printing but my m/c always hang at 'now printing' message screen even through my computer output document is printing successful.

Is my printer controller problem and how to solve it? Thank you.

You should try and do a firmware upgrade on the Pi3502e and the NIC.

Is the copier setup with account track or user authentication? If so those settings need to be specified in the driver as well (Printing Preferences) If it isn't set in printing prefs, the copier appears to eat the print job.
