      That's exactly what I have planned to do with my ongoing issues on 458e series fusers though I won't touch fusing transport speed for now.

        Also switch engine switch 13 (I series A3 models only) to on and reboot.

        It has to be said that these settings are not specifically to extend the fuser life but to help stop poor fusing.
