    C257i Powers Off

    Hi,

I have a C257i that keeps powering off and the only way to power it back on is unplug machine and it will come back on and work fine.

I've updated Firmware to latest available even powered off a couple of times during firmware update.

I have used the recovery firmware from the original I" series and that comes back with no errors.

The machine can go a couple of days with no problem then turns off no lights no sounds completely dead

We have replaced the CPU board for the same problem.

Ive been back and changed the CPUB board and the storage board but still have exactly the same issue,
Im leaning towards a DCPU issue but ive never had one go before so still a bit reluctant to replace it.

      Any thoughts?
