    Bizhub 3350i won't copy or scan, prints fine

    Hi!,First sorry my English.
    We have a km 3350i displaying warming up only in copy and scan mode, however it prints well.No error code.Firmwate updated. I have not experience in konika, I have especially in Ricoh.
    Any ideas?

      Scanner cable?

              Bring it up in self-diagnostics mode. Might give you an idea of what is going on. My 2 cents would be a bad HDD, but the lack of an error code gives me pause. Any chance that someone is bypassing the fault at power up? This would allow you to print if the scanner is bad.

                  +1 on the scanner. The scanner must complete initialization but for some or other reason can not do so. Does the LED on the scanner light up at all?

                  Like mentioned doing the diagnostics could help a bunch.
