    Minolta c452 Gear Help

We mostly do Ricoh so dont want to buy a parts manual for this old machine but trying to help a small local school. The back white gear is all hollowed out. Does anyone have it or a part number?
The front gear has a c clip so not sure what keeps that gear on or if its part of an assy.

    Thanks

No longer have parts for that box. But the first I had to replace it I matched it with gears I stripped from a ricoh c5501. typically around the duplex or paper feed drive use gears similar to that one.
Looked in the 4 series color manual not sure part number will match. Good luck.

You would be better off replacing that whole assembly, Paper Exit belt drive assy A0P0R73611. It's going to be more than just that one gear that's bad.

Thanks for part number. I was thinking it was an Assy since didn't look like that gear came off.

This is where 3D printed gears would be handy.

superglue, corn starch and a drill.
did it a few times for that assy.
learned to do it from the old Di and EP series LCC lift gears.
the d cut holes in the old gears used to round out but packed with a slurry of CS and SG ad that gear outlasted the machine.
its poor mans ceramic cement. it can be filed, drilled, shaped and sanded.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
            The medication helps though...
