Bizhub 500 Fusing unit Reset

Hi Frinds,
i have problem in Bizhub 500 'Fusing unit need to Replaced' massege display and machine stopped can anyone help me how to reset this massege

Enter service mode and go to system 1. Select initialization and then counter data. Select fusing counter and press start. That should reset the counter.

what version of firmware is it at. early versions have to be updated to be able to reset. Ingenius move by engineers at KM

there was a bug in ver 30 firmware, the reset button in instazition was missing you need to update to ver 31 to be able to reset
