Good morning, does anyone know how to completely reset a BH5020i? That is, to ask for the world zone , pel country, etc, as it does when it is installed being new?
I have tried all the reset options from the control panel and from maintenance mode with 01 and 91 but it doesn't work.

Never installed KM 5020i but brand new Brother originals don't ask for Time zone for sure, time is set via Initial Setup. Should Factory reset don't work as expected 01 will Initialize EEPROM parameters.
