    Konica Minolta colorforce 8050 sc27 01

    Just replaced 100k,200k drums, and developers getting error code sc27-03
    at start. any help is appreciated!the tech that was working on it said that it could be the corona transfer wire.

      27 error codes are about output of toner density sensor.
      Did you follow all the steps from the Service Manual when you replaced the developers/drums?
      It has nothing to do with the corona wire...

        Thanks for the response,the service tech is the one with the experience. I do not have the manual for this machine. Is there anything that I or the technician should know He will be here like in 5.5 hours. what he was saying to me was that I probably got a bad developer cyan, and that he has an extra one and will refill it. any tips will be appreciate it.

          Wait for the tech, this is not a machine to try and service yourself without any training or manuals

              I don't see how anyone can help fix this thru a forum if an Authorized Konica technician can't do it on-site. Has he checked Konica tech bulletins or changed any parts other than developer yet?

                Make sure he put in the right developer and maybe it could need new developer tank also.
