      Replacing drum without replacing developer would cause it. If that is the case, replace developer and quickly run F8.

      Service manual says ATDC sensor failure.
      Bad ATDC sensor or wrong (Di3510 series) sensor.
      If thats not it replace PWB-A

              Set ATDC value to approx 80.Should run ok without replacing the developer,but make sure you run at least 100 test copies afterwards just in case!!
