PC FAx for Bizhub 250

I have installed software "Network Fax" from Konica Minolta CD (Include FAX) with Administrator User still work fine. But with Guest User or limited User I get atrouble. Cannot opened the software and cannot use PC Fax.
Why? Somethink wrong what i Did?
