C200 Lite

Hi Everyone,

I have a C200lite that i have fitted the fax option to.
the fax dials and you can hear communication start but the board does not pick up the handshake and just keeps beeping.

I have adjusted everything from v34 to baud rate to just about every setting on the machine.

any one had this before???? they have an old samsung fax sitting on line at the moment that works fine. NB this line also has ADSL broadband on it but machine will not work on the customers own phone line which has not either.

This might be unrelated, but my bizhubs come with the transmission method set to something like internet fax and I have to go in and change the method to G3. The work order on a new install will be for, will receive but will not send.
