    scanning problem 7145

    hi guys i succesfully scan doccument from machine to pc via adode phothoshope but after a few test the doccument now cannot be transfer to pc ther is no item in the ducoment in the selected box i dont know how to resset the scanner to its default.any body can help me please.

      Clarify...

      It sounds like you are scanning using the twain driver.
      If you have the print controller already, why not try scanning to FTP?

          ok thanks for the reply man.i put pasword in the box then it solve the problem but if its better to scan on ftp i will try it.thank you soo much.
