bizhub c450p C-0301 error code

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on this problem, error code C-0301 on a bizhub c450p, I have been through the manual, suction fan failure, checked the fan conector, quick check of the pwb-mc connectors. still no luck, the customer had a jam in the transfer roller section, then this code came up, any ideas? new fan? new board :-(
