MINOLTA CF 2002 FIERY X3e reset problem

Hello!
I am having a problem with a minolta fiery x3e controller. Every morning i turn on the copier and controller it resets the controller to factory default so i have to enter setup and configure all again and again. Does tjhe controller has a battery like a bios battery that might be broken? I don`t want to start reinstalling the firmware because it takes about 3 hours to complete and i have a lot of people working on it right now. Had anyone meet this problem yet? please help ...

This problem isn`t solved unfortunately. I`ve changed the battery fir fiery with a new one but still the same problem. Did anyone had this problem? Can it be from a bad HDD on the fiery? Thank you.

make sure the frimware is updated ...i believe it is 2.0 .....also if the energy saver is turned on turn it off and see if it goes away ...i had one doing th same thing every morning when the customer brought it out of power save every morning ...maybe that will help ...it helped me ...
