i have a bizhub c353 which prints and copies with a solid yellow background on copies.
urgent .please assist

try swapping the print heads ie yellow with cyan and see if the fault transfers.

Affirmative. I have had the same problem on C253. Culprit was print head (laser unit for yellow).

I'll never ask if I didn't check user manual, service manual, parts list, BSI/TNI/TAD... web, existing threads.

I have swapped the print heads and confirmed the yellow print head is the problem.can print heads for bizhub C203 be replaced in bizhub c 353

No, C203 & C253 are the same C353 is different

The gene pool could use a little chlorine.
