    bizhub 350 problem

    please help me . . .

    i have problem copy with bizhub 350. example if i copy 10 pages in ADF with bizhub 350 so print out just 4 pages in machine. 5 - 10 pages lost in the machine . . .
    i change the ADF with the new ADF, change board MFP but the problem still same . .

    please give me your advise . . very urgent . . .

      If it is showing a false jam in the ADF, then change the pwb"A" in the main body of the machine.

              missing pgs.

              is this scan problem consistent every time? did you reinitialize the copier than go back into sm and restabilize after you changed the board /top out??? will consult i manuals manana but sounds like a scan glitch to me. more info please.
