    Minolta magic color 2200

Customer only has 7k copies on it and its about 4 years old.

They called in for copies coming out cut off, I went there and look for the obvious and nothing is broken or out of position.

When the paper hits the tiMing roller it makes a noise and then the copy comes out with image out of registration.

    1) This happens on the main tray and the bypass tray.

    2) copies seem delay as the image should be starting more toward the top pf the page not a 1/4 ways down.

    3) Makes noise when it hits the timing roller.

When the copy comes out the display reads "mismatched paper size"

I went through the menu and did not see a way to identify the paper trays, its set as automatic on the computer.

I took the timing roller clutch out, a wrap spring clutch and was not damaged, I cleaned the spring and boss and checked the solonoid for sticking, everything worked fine so I slapped it back together and it is still doing it.

Any help would be appreciated, I normally do HP
