    help me in Minolta 5000
    in screen say ( the section indicated by open please close it properly )
    all doors is closed
    help me

      Not sure about this model, but some were made to show that message if the waste toner bottle is not seated correctly. Some had photocells to show if the back cover is seated properly. You could have a bad switch or photocell.

          Yep, waste bottle cover open. Says close door but doesn't show you where to close it.

              If I recall right the bottle is behind the lower back cover, take off the cover a re-seat the container. Make sure the bottom of the cover stays in its slots or the bottle can move away from the switch causing your current problem.........
