    Di-3510f, abort code 0x00008000

    Di-3510f, abort code 0x00008000

Machine keeps cycling, showing abort code 0x00008000 and the startup screen alternately. Tried BRAM clear with the two jumpers beside cf-card but no improvement.

    Any ideas please?

Try trouble reset first (under 'print' button). If it's networked unlplug network next. Still doesn't work try upgrading firmware.

OK, it seems to be working again. The firmware on the CF card was corrupted so I made an image from another machine with TrueCrypt and cloned it to the corrupted card.

However, the image is coming from a normal Di-3510 but the corrupted one is a Di-3510f. Since my documentation is not very clear regarding this I like to know if the firmware is different for both machines.

      Any information please?
