some greec letters in bh 211 display

dear friends,
I am a copier enggineer.I had seen a problem in bh211 that in display some greec letters only coming.I found the problem is in control console pwb only.shall i replace the board r any thing alse is there in pwb.
I cross cheaked with some other c.c.board,that is ok

hai,
for the time being U only have the choice of replacing the PWB-CC(PWB-assy) as it seems.I searched and requested in this forum and else where also for any sort of firmware upgrade or similar some sort of flashRAM reprogramming or something but till date didn't strike much.

Before replacing boards, I would be looking at re-writing the firmware to the machine.

I have seen a similar issue on a smaller Konica Minolta machine with the fax option installed which was causing the problem. Re-did all the firmware and it fixed the issue.
