i have a SC29-15 code on my Bizhub pro C500 whet i turn it on.

auto registration and auto gamma adjus tests from 36 menu are ok.

need help...

Hi,
You need to check the Y drum potential sensor. It's located just behind the the drum in the main body when removed.
