    MARK WITH C650

    I have marks or trace with c650 before i change the transfert belt after the black IU after the fuser and it remain mark perpendiculary of the way of the copy in front of the copy i clean the P/H after a moment no trace
    but when i do halftone pattern in blue in the middle of the page it remain a trace anyone have an idea

          does it come out only on cyan=blue? or does it come out on all? i've seen damaged drum units all the time!! ups treats them like footballs they are very delicate
