We have a B350 with a Mt-501 mail bin on and intermitently say you were printing to bin 3, bin 2 solenoid will activate and will jam the unit. We have tried a different mail bin unit and finisher as well as swapping the a board on the machine but still does it. We have brought the machine to our workshops and have linked it on our network and it has also done the fault. We installed a B250 on loan with a different finisher and mail bin and the loan is doing the same thing. Help please.
