konica 7020 error F-35-4

I have this error F-35-4 on a Konica 7020 please help me, and also there is a place whre to find all the error for a faster resolution?

i'm thinking either the thermistors are fried(replace them) or one of the fuser lamps are blown. i would ohm out the lamps first-remove completly from the fuser first-
