Do you mean that you want all the pages from a multi page document to end up in one file?

Or do you mean that you want each page from a multi page document to end up as a separate file?

To scan multiple pages in separate documents, select pdf sigle page or scan as jpeg.
To scan multiple pages in one document, select the output file as tiff or pdf multipage.
