that code isn\'t in the service manual.
I would guess that you will find it in the owners manual if you still have it.

I think it is a dead ram pac(battery dead)

If its an EP-2050 than likely the code is M2 meaning that the machine believes that the Waste Toner Container is full depending on the settings in the electronic counters. Not a job for an enduser but for a tech.
