    Those products are registered somewhere.

    As soon as the Serial numbers are submitted a red flag will come up.

    Even though the dsealer went under the products are still part of the KM Inventory, even if paid for then they will be flagged as assets to that company and the bank will be informed.

    You are taking a big chance IMHO

      By whom?

      They are considered assets by the bank and they will be looking to recover them.
      Just because a compnay goes under does not mean that those items no longer have any value to the previous owners/bank.
      Those serial numbers play a larger role than just identifying the part.

      If these were legally purchased then I assume you have the receipts or a legal document transferring ownership?
      This makes this a GREAT DEAL if so.

        These parts were aquired from a leasing company.I thought Canadians were friendly.
