    C250 error

    "On the main display of my printer I have the message; "Direction for this OHP size is not supported please change direction or set paper size larger than 8 1/2 X 11"

    I have removed all paper from all trays and cycled the power. The message is still there. Any ideas?

      Rotate the sheet 90 degrees.
      You need to grip it from theother side, most likely the 11" side.

      OHP is not a standard stock and needs to be handled differently

          It seems that our accountant was trying to print Checks from the bypass tray and unknowingly set the paper setting to OHP. All is well now Thanks
