hi,i have konica7165 problam of this machine is if i press the display middle casste is not warking.also light of middle casste is to light.

There is a problem with the cassette and the machine bypassed it, its usually a lift problem, paper behind the tray etc. in dip-sw settings sw 18-? needs to be reset. hope this helps

Switch 18-1 must be at 0 ( all switch at 18 must be at 0 )
