    C6500P repeat image

    Hello everybody,
I have a problem with C6500. It repeats the image at 251mm on structural (relef) paper 300g - the lenght of the fusing belt. I tried to change the temperature of the fusing rollers but with no effect. The problem almost disappeared when I redused the toner quantity in developing units. I have no problem on matte or gloss coated 300g paper. Does anybody had a problem like this?

    Best regards

If that happens with relief (don't know if that's the correct word?) paper, it's caused by toner that stays in the fusing belt instead of fusing into the paper. Since the C6500 doesn't have a cleaning web on the fusing unit, I don't know of any way of solving your problem - which technically isn't a problem, since the paper you're using is outside of the machine specs.
